1. Paddle’s refund terms
Cooksy is provided by Jessica Fredin and sold through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We adopt Paddle’s Refund Policy, including the applicable withdrawal period and refund handling. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
2. Request a refund
Visit paddle.net to request a refund from Paddle. Use your purchase email address and have your order or receipt number available if possible. Never send full card details.
3. Help and cancellation
For help with Cooksy, email hello@gocooksy.com. Paddle processes refunds and payment enquiries. You can stop future renewals using Manage membership; cancelling alone is not a refund request, and your access continues until the paid period ends.
