Cooksy is provided by Jessica Fredin, the legal seller. Your agreement to use Cooksy is with Jessica Fredin. Contact: hello@gocooksy.com.

By continuing to use Cooksy, you agree to these terms. Cooksy lets home cooks discover, save and share recipes and use AI Chef. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Do not use Cooksy unlawfully or for fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, illegal content or infringement of others’ rights. Do not upload malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without permission, bypass limits, jailbreak AI safeguards, reverse engineer or resell the service. You must have the rights to all recipes, photos and other material you submit.

Jessica Fredin retains ownership of Cooksy’s software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cooksy within your plan. You retain your rights in your uploads and prompts and grant us permission to host, process and display them as needed to provide the service and honour your sharing settings. We do not claim ownership of your AI outputs; any rights available in them remain with you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Report rights infringements to hello@gocooksy.com with the affected content and evidence of your rights. We may remove infringing content and suspend repeat infringers.

You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to your inputs, checking outputs and how you use them. AI recipes, allergen warnings and nutrition estimates can be inaccurate or incomplete. Independently check ingredients, labels, allergies, cooking temperatures and food safety. Cooksy is not medical, dietary or other regulated professional advice and must not replace qualified oversight. We may filter or refuse AI outputs, remove or restrict content and moderate misuse.

Free accounts include 5 AI Chef uses per month. Premium includes unlimited AI Chef and unlocked nutrient insights, at 49 SEK/month or 399 SEK/year. Subscriptions renew on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal; Premium access continues until the paid period ends. You can manage your subscription through Manage membership. The checkout confirms the final price and applicable taxes before purchase.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy links to Paddle’s refund terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may change or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated policy violations. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us about your content or personal data when closing an account. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
